Paris Banh Mi

We came in thinking this would be Paris/French food... We’re pleasantly surprised to find that it is unclassifiable. Absolutely delicious, everything we ordered was amazing. The flavors they packed into the sandwiches that we got were undescribable. We will be coming back!

Ordered the iced coffee and pork/shrimp dumplings! Super good! The coffee already comes sweet as an fyi! Good vibes to hangout or work. Came around 12PM on a Friday and it was super peaceful.

The sandwiches are extremely big and tasty!! The ingredients they use in their sandwiches are very fresh and healthy. Service was exceptional!

I ordered the B2 grilled pork sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The family owned business put a lot of care into the quality of their food. I recommended it!

This spot is definitely worth checking out! Love their sandwiches! Awesome flavor and different but so delicious! excellent desserts also, service and staff was great will definitely keep coming back for more!

This place is one of my new favorites. The sandwiches are well balanced with the flavor choices and light enough where I want to come back regularly on the weekends and I don't feel like they are heavy meals that will slow me down. I initially believed the drinks werent for me because of how sweet they are, but Im glad I asked about that because a lot of them you can adjust the sweetness. I tried the matcha milk tea with 15% sweetness and it was perfect.

As a self proclaimed aficionado of Vietnamese Bahn Mi, I was excited to try this place. We arrived at about 1130 and the place was empty sans one table. We were warmly greeted and proceeded to place our order. We always look at the menus of new places online before visiting, to cut down on possibly holding up a line, but we had time to place our order. Ordering was super easy. For drinks, I procured a peach honey green tea, my wife got a matcha milk tea with passion fruit popping boba. Both were phenomenal. For sandwiches, we both got Bahn Mi. I got B4 shredded chicken and my wife a B2 Roast pork. The toppings were fresh, the fillings were warm. The only downside was the bread. As we all know, Vietnamese bread may be the best bread in the world. I mean, there’s nothing like it. Crusty, flaky and delicious. I was a baker for 20 years and I can tell you that Vietnamese bread is like NY pizza crust. There’s nothing like it. Instead of Vietnamese type bread , this bread was actually a baguette. And I guess maybe thats what they serve being called “Paris Bahn Mi”. I would much rather have a crusty bread. But it did not take away from the experience. It was just different. A bit chewy and not as flaky. But still a great fresh baguette. We also got some pastries to bring home. A turnover and a croissant. The turnover was decent. The puff could have been flakier and the filling was a bit mushy. The croissant was amazing. All in all, great food and great service.

Excellent meal in a lovely and cozy space. Authentic, fresh, and flavorful. Feels like a family business, everyone was happy and helpful! The selection is vast with something for everyone. I had the lemongrass chicken special which was out of this world! Will be back soon for banh mi and more. Such a great bonus to serve NA / non alcoholic beer and other drinks.
